For most of my life, dining out has been stressful. I’ve lived with food allergies long enough to know the routine: trying to find a restaurant that "might" work, scanning menus for items that are safe, apologizing to servers for asking too many questions, and hoping I didn’t miss something in the fine print. Even with careful questions, I still felt like I was guessing.I built WYCO because I wanted to enjoy a meal without fear or second-guessing. I wanted a tool that could read a menu the way someone who understands allergies would, spotting hidden risks, suggesting safe tweaks, and helping me speak up confidently.

No. WYCO is educational guidance based on menus, common ingredients, and kitchen practices. Always confirm with restaurant staff. WYCO does not diagnose or guarantee safety.
How accurate is the analysis?
WYCO uses food-allergy–specific reasoning and real kitchen practices to identify risks. It explains why something might be risky and encourages staff confirmation when needed.
What does “Safe with Adjustments” mean?
Some dishes can be made allergy-safe with simple tweaks like skipping butter or swapping sauces. WYCO suggests adjustments that kitchens commonly accommodate.
Will WYCO store my allergy information?
Only if you choose. You control your data, including deleting past menus and clearing history.

The Terms govern your access to, download of, and use of the WYCO: What You Can Order mobile application (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App, whether as a guest or a registered user.The App is intended for use solely within the United States and is not available to users outside the United States. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), and any applicable laws.If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.1. Description of the AppThe App is an AI-powered informational tool designed to assist users with food allergies in navigating restaurant menus. Users may upload photographs of restaurant menus, input their allergy profiles, and receive AI-generated analyses, including suggestions for suitable menu items, potential preparation adjustments, risk assessments, and a spoken ordering script to facilitate communication with restaurant staff.The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guarantees of any kind, and is intended solely for informational and assistive purposes.All outputs are based on general data and AI algorithms, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Users must independently verify all suggestions with restaurant personnel and consult qualified healthcare professionals for any health-related decisions. The App includes a beta testing phase prior to full launch, during which features may be experimental and subject to additional disclaimers as set forth herein.2. Eligibility and Age RequirementsTo use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater) and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the App unless you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We may, at our sole discretion, require proof of age or consent at any time. The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals.3. Account Registration and SecurityCertain features of the App may require you to register for an account ("Account"). During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your email address and allergy profile details.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (e.g., username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security at [email protected].We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may not create an Account using false information or on behalf of another person without authorization.4. License Grant and RestrictionsSubject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use within the United States.This license does not permit you to:- (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof;
- (b) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels;
- (c) use the App for any commercial purpose, including resale or redistribution;
- (d) access or use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights; or
- (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or our systems.All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us and our licensors.5. User Content and SubmissionsYou may upload, submit, or otherwise provide content through the App, including but not limited to menu photographs, allergy profiles, feedback, and other data ("User Content").By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the App and our services, including for AI training purposes (subject to our Privacy Policy).You represent and warrant that:- (a) you own or control all rights in your User Content;
- (b) your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and
- (c) your User Content is accurate and not misleading.We are not responsible for User Content and may remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion without notice.6. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to use the App in any manner that:- (a) violates these Terms, applicable laws, or regulations;
- (b) infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;
- (c) involves uploading harmful code, viruses, or malware;
- (d) interferes with the App's functionality or our systems;
- (e) harvests or collects information from other users without consent;
- (f) impersonates any person or entity;
- (g) promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination;
- (h) circumvents any security measures; or
- (i) uses automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the App without our prior written consent.We may monitor usage to ensure compliance and take appropriate action, including termination of access, for any violations.7. Intellectual Property OwnershipThe App, including all software, AI algorithms, designs, graphics, text, databases, user interfaces, and other content (collectively, "App Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws."WYCO: What You Can Order" and associated logos are trademarks of Lydia Enterprises LLC. You may not use any App Content without our express written permission, except as permitted under the limited license in Section 4.If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the App ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual right to use such Feedback without compensation or attribution.8. Free Trial and Subscription ServicesThe App offers a limited free trial consisting of three (3) uses per user. Following the trial, access to premium features requires a paid annual subscription ("Subscription"), billed in advance on a non-refundable basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems.Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the renewal date via your app store account settings.You authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. We may adjust Subscription pricing upon reasonable notice, but such changes will not affect your current Subscription term. All Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-assignable.9. Payment Processing and No Refunds PolicyAll payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors associated with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws (e.g., in cases of unauthorized charges or material defects). Refunds, if any, are handled solely through the app store's policies.You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with your Subscription. In the event of payment failure, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received.10. Beta Testing ProgramPrior to the App's full commercial launch, we may offer a beta version for testing purposes ("Beta Program"). Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary and at your own risk. The beta version is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.You agree not to rely on the beta version for any critical health, safety, or decision-making purposes. We may collect additional usage data during the Beta Program to improve the App, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We disclaim all liability for any issues arising from beta use, including data loss or inaccuracies.You may discontinue participation at any time, and we may terminate the Beta Program without notice. Feedback provided during beta testing becomes our property as per Section 7.11. - (E) THE APP OR ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL PREVENT ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR GUARANTEE FOOD SAFETY.NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE APP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.12. Assumption of RiskYou expressly acknowledge and agree that the consumption of food and beverages involves inherent and significant risks, particularly for individuals with food allergies.The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, allergy testing, epinephrine auto-injectors, or direct communication with restaurant staff. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with relying on any information, suggestions, analyses, or scripts provided by the App, including the risk of allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, hospitalization, permanent injury, or death.You agree that you will always independently verify all menu information, ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contamination risks directly with restaurant personnel before consuming any food. You further agree that you will carry appropriate emergency medication and follow your healthcare provider’s instructions at all times.14. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lydia Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:- (a) your access to or use of the App;
- (b) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms;
- (c) your User Content;
- (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- (e) any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or other harm suffered by you or any third party in connection with food consumption informed by or influenced by the App; or
- (f) any misrepresentation regarding your allergy profile or reliance on App outputs.15. No Medical or Professional AdviceTHE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE, MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR RECOMMENDATIONS. THE APP DOES NOT CREATE A DOCTOR-PATIENT, NUTRITIONIST-PATIENT, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND LYDIA ENTERPRISES LLC OR ANY OF ITS PERSONNEL.ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP IS GENERAL IN NATURE AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC HEALTH NEEDS. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS RELATING TO YOUR ALLERGIES, DIET, OR HEALTH.NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.16. AI and Technology DisclaimersThe App utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze menu photographs and generate suggestions. These technologies are probabilistic in nature and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or erroneous results due to limitations in training data, image quality, menu formatting, handwriting, language variations, updates to menu items, or other factors beyond our control.We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or safety implications of any AI-generated output. You acknowledge that AI technologies are not infallible and that reliance on such outputs is at your sole risk.17. Third-Party Services and LinksThe App integrates with or relies upon third-party services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI model providers.We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or privacy practices of any third-party services. Any links to third-party websites or resources are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their terms and policies.
18. TerminationWe may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App or any portion thereof, including your Account, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:- (a) breach of these Terms;
- (b) suspected fraud or illegal activity;
- (c) request by law enforcement or government agency;
- (d) unexpected technical or security issues; or
- (e) discontinuation of the App or any feature.Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 11–16, 18, 19, 20) shall survive.19. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.You and we agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.The arbitration shall take place in Charleston, West Virginia, or another location mutually agreed upon. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.20.
